This tote washer system was designed for an automotive parts processing plant in Mexico, which can remove heavy-duty oil from tote surfaces. It consists of a pre-wash zone and a main wash zone, using hot water and a solvent to remove these stubborn contaminants.

How It Works

Pre-wash
Use high-flow water to rinse away large-sized contaminants and soften stubborn stains such as oil and dust. The water temperature depends on the type of stain.

Main Wash
Deep-clean the tote using powerful high-pressure hot water to remove stubborn stains from the tote’s surface. The cleaned water will be filtered and returned to the water tank for recycling.

Drying (Optional)
Use air blowers + air knives to blow most of the water off the tote surface, such as 70% drying.
