Case Studies
Food processing industry
This industrial bucket washing machine is designed to clean chocolate sauce from 5-gallon plastic buckets. It has three powerful cleaning zones, each with an independent cycle to prevent cross-contamination.
With 60 degrees Celsius hot water, the high-pressure water from the nozzles completely removes stains from the bucket surface, there is no need to add additional detergent to the tank.
bakery industry
Compared to the above model, this bucket washer is more compatible with a wide range of sizes of buckets, pails and lids, so you only need one machine to do the cleaning job, no need to purchase equipment for every size of bucket!
In addition, it has an extra drying zone, which can blow away 70% of the water on the bucket surface, effectively saving water consumption.
How It Works
01
Pre-wash
Use high-flow water to rinse away large-sized contaminants and soften stubborn stains such as cheese, syrup, butter, and chocolate. The water temperature depends on the type of stain.
02
Main Wash
Deep-clean the bucket using powerful high-pressure hot water to remove stubborn stains from the bucket’s surface. The cleaned water will be filtered and returned to the water tank for recycling
03
Rinse
Rinse off the detergent or disinfectant residue on the surface of the bucket with clean water. Some industries may require rinsing with hot water at 85°C due to strict hygiene requirements.
04
Drying (Optional)
Use air blowers + air knives to blow most of the water off the bucket surface. If you need to put these buckets into a new turnover process immediately, we can add a hot air dryer to achieve 99% dryness.
