This euro bin washer is designed for a meat processing plant. Before this, they used a pressure washer and scrapers to scrape off the stains. However it was time-consuming, and the final cleaning result was not good, as the QC could still see the remaining seasonings and oil stains by eye.
Our automatic bin washer can easily solve the above pain points. It only requires one employee to operate and can wash 30 to 40 bins per hour with extremely high hygiene standards, effectively reducing the cleaning costs of the factory.
How It Works
Load
After the operator leaves the work area, the lifter will automatically lift the bin into the bin washer.
Main Wash
Use high-pressure hot water to deep clean the inside and outside surfaces of the bin. The cleaned water will be filtered and returned to the water tank for recycling.
Rinse
Use fresh water to rinse residual stains and detergents. If you need to use non-circulating hot water for flushing, we can do this by adding an instantaneous heater.
Unload
After the set washing time has elapsed, the pump stops working and the lifter automatically transfers the bin to the floor.
