Pallet Washers
The pallet washer is an industrial washing machine designed to clean pallets. It can automatically de-stack, wash, disinfect, dry, and stack pallets, effectively reducing costs while increasing cleaning efficiency.
Key Advantages
cost-saving
It effectively simplifies the pallet cleaning process. The system only requires 1-2 employees to operate, greatly reducing labor costs.
Thorough Cleaning
It can eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and contaminants attached to the pallet, thus preventing your products from being contaminated.
improve efficiency
Compared to manual cleaning, the pallet washing machine is at least 6 times more efficient.
Options Available
Our team can offer additional options to meet your specific requirements, such as a one-person operation, de-stacker, stacker, dryer, rotary filter, etc.

Case Studies
Light pollutants
For most industries, the pallet surface only has light stains such as dust, dirt, sugar, and dairy, although the size and type may vary slightly. If your facility is facing the same situation, the PW-50 pallet washer would be a good solution to resolve the issue.
It consists of a main wash zone and a fresh water rinse zone, which can clean up to 120 pallets per hour. In addition, it is capable of cleaning a wide range of different types of pallets and dividers, meaning that only one machine is required to complete daily cleaning tasks.
heavy pollutants
For heavily soiled items, such as significant oil or food residue, the washer requires at least two wash zones to remove them. Like the PW-58 pallet washing machine in the video on the right.
The horizontal design makes it compatible with pallets up to 1500 mm wide and ensures better washing results for each pallet.
automated system
If you are looking for an automated machine to enhance the efficiency of pallet cleaning, the PW-120 pallet washing system is an excellent choice. It consists of conveyors, a de-stacker, a washer with two wash zones, a dryer and a stacker, which can achieve a washing capacity of 150 pallets per hour.
The system is easy to use, and the operator can start the set workflow with one click via the Siemens HMI. Each section is connected using a PLC communication module, eliminating the hassle of complex wiring.
How It Works
01
Wash
It uses large-flow hot water to wash away stains that adhere to the surface and inside of the pallet. For light contaminants, using cold water is enough to remove them.
02
Rinse (Optional)
We will determine whether this zone has its own water pump or is connected to the fresh water supply, based on your washing requirements.
03
Drying (Optional)
Use high-flow air blowers to blow most of the water off the surface of the pallet. The drying effect may differ depending on the structure of the pallet.
04
Stacker (Optional)
It can automatically stack the washed pallets according to the values set on the HMI, and then the operator can use a forklift to transfer them to the storage area.
