KW-1200

Only one employee is needed to operate the machine. The cleaned egg trays will be automatically stacked and transported to the temporary storage area.
KW-5000
If your facility needs to wash a large number of egg trays every day, the KW-5000 egg tray washer will be a better choice, as it can clean 5000 plastic egg trays per hour. It has two separate tracks, which can handle two different sizes of egg trays.
Its bottom is entirely closed, which can reduce the noise generated by the water pump and air blower. In addition, it has a return conveyor system to transport the cleaned egg trays back to the other side of the operator, effectively reducing the operator’s labor intensity.
How It Works
De-stack
The stacker will automatically break up a dozen egg trays into individual pieces, and then feed them into the washing zone.
Washing
The egg trays will enter the pre-wash and main wash zones in turn for deep cleaning, which effectively removes stains from their surfaces and ensures that the placed eggs will not be contaminated.
Drying
Use air blowers + air knives to blow most of the water off the egg tray surface. If you need to put these egg trays into a new turnover process immediately, we can add a hot air dryer to achieve 99% dryness.
Stack
The stacker will automatically stack the processed egg trays and move them to the temporary storage area. The operator can set the number of stackable trays through the HMI, such as any value between 2 and 25.
